The room is clean, the people are attentive and exceptional.

I loved the modern design of this hotel. The room was functional, with an easy-to-use TV and a refrigerator that froze our ice packs. The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the shower was refreshing. The hotel facilities were all new and included a nice pool area with plenty of seating, lounge chairs, and lawn games. The staff was friendly, attentive, and available to help me with my questions.

I stayed 1 night and will be back when visiting United States of America. The hotel was located near restaurant as well as all conveniences👍

It was a great location next to all conveniences, the restaurant and the airport. Also, I was at a medium distance from Yuma Community Theater.

This hotel provides a modern, clean atmosphere with excellent customer service. The location is very convenient, offering easy access to nearby amenities. The pool is a great place to unwind with a variety of activities such as ping-pong and lawn games. The rooms are thoughtfully designed with comfortable beds and functional amenities, such as a fridge and easy-to-use TV controls. The bathroom is spacious, and the shower delivers strong water pressure.

Some guests were disappointed when they did not receive the sleeping arrangements they had reserved.

recommend this place and would like to come again. thoroughly enjoyed yuma, the hotel was wonderful in the middle of jackson. the room i stayed in was brand-new, it had 2 queen size beds and 1 sofa bed. it was a marvellous location next to all conveniences, the restaurant and the airport.

What sold us on this hotel were the amazing facilities. The pool area was a blast with different activities and plenty of lounge chairs to relax on. Plus, the restaurant inside the hotel was delicious and had a great atmosphere. We loved that we could just stay and enjoy our holiday without having to venture out too far. the attentive staff were always available and ready to help with whatever we needed.

The cleaning situation was a disappointment. We were unaware upon arrival that our room would not be cleaned during our three-night stay.

The pool and restaurant provided a great xmas experience. The pool was well maintained and had several activities like ping pong tables and cabanas, providing ample space for lounging. The restaurant served excellent food that was tasty and varied up our meals. The hotel's location was key for us as it was close to all the convenience stores we needed during the Christmas period. And the staff was attentive, ready and eager to assist us.

Our room was not what we had requested, as we had paid for an extra sofa bed, but found only 2 queens in our room. We were told that there would be no extra bed available, and the staff made no efforts to improve the sleeping arrangements for us, causing an uncomfortable and disappointing stay.

The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the shower was refreshing. The modern design of the hotel was impressive, and we were pleasantly surprised by the functionality of the room. The refrigerator actually froze our icepack, and the TV controls were easy to use. The elevators were smooth and seamless. the room was thoughtfully designed and functional.

We had to walk through the front area to access the pool, especially since it felt like we were being observed while crossing in front of the restaurant. Additionally, larger trash containers in the room would have been convenient, and the room rates were a bit high.

Positive aspects of our stay at this hotel: New facilities, entertaining pool area, multiple amenities, convenient location, great bed and pillows.
